A 70/30 pashmina-silk blend dyed with madder root. The silk adds drape and a low sheen and makes the cloth considerably more hard-wearing than pure pashmina.

About this piece
Blending is not a shortcut here — silk in a pashmina warp is a deliberate choice that gives the cloth body and stops it collapsing. A 70/30 stole holds a fold much better than a pure one.

Dyed with madder root, which gives the slightly brick, slightly uneven red you cannot get from a synthetic. Colour will soften over years rather than fade patchily.

Care & keeping
Hand wash cold with a mild wool detergent, or dry clean. Do not wring — press the water out flat and dry away from direct sun. Store folded with cedar rather than mothballs.

Free tracked shipping worldwide, with no minimum. We pack and dispatch from Kathmandu within 1–2 business days. Nepal deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 days; international orders in 5–12 business days depending on your country's customs.

Import duties and taxes in your own country are not included and are payable by you.
