About this piece
These are the blocks prayer flags are printed from. Carving one takes a week and the letters have to be cut in mirror image, which is the part that separates carvers who can do it from carvers who cannot.
Supplied clean and unused. If you print with it, a water-based textile ink and a firm even press works best. Wash the block immediately afterwards and dry it flat.

Care & keeping
Dust with a soft dry brush. Once or twice a year, wipe with a cloth barely damp with linseed or walnut oil. Keep away from radiators and direct sun, which will open the grain.

Free tracked shipping worldwide, with no minimum. We pack and dispatch from Kathmandu within 1–2 business days. Nepal deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 days; international orders in 5–12 business days depending on your country's customs.
Import duties and taxes in your own country are not included and are payable by you.
