About this piece
Wall thickness is what buys you depth and duration, and this bowl carries a great deal of metal for its diameter. Struck softly it gives a note you feel in the chest as much as hear; rimmed it builds slowly and then simply keeps going.
A bowl this size takes a full team the better part of two days, with far more annealing cycles than a small one because the metal work-hardens faster the further it is drawn.
Supplied with a large suede-wrapped striker and a woven ring cushion.

Care & keeping
Wipe with a dry cloth. A darkening patina is normal on hand-raised bronze and many owners prefer it; if you want it bright, use a little tamarind paste or a proprietary brass polish and buff dry. Never put it in a dishwasher.

Free tracked shipping worldwide, with no minimum. We pack and dispatch from Kathmandu within 1–2 business days. Nepal deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 days; international orders in 5–12 business days depending on your country's customs.
Import duties and taxes in your own country are not included and are payable by you.
